Uncle George was priceless. Unique in so many ways. He always seemed to be in the same happy frame of mind. He was so pleased to see us and was always interested as to what we were up to. We never heard him speak ill of anyone or say anything in a disparaging way. If every man was like George, there would never be any more wars. It really was a joy to have known him over the years. What a great Uncle !
